These terms of sale apply when you buy The 6-Week Whole Food Reset digital book from this website, loveyoursouldetox.com.au. Please read them before you buy. By completing your purchase, you agree to them.

What you are buying

The 6-Week Whole Food Reset is a digital book (PDF) covering six weekly meal plans, whole-food recipes, prep-day playbooks and shopping lists, as described on the sales page at /the-reset/. It is a single digital download, not a physical product, a coaching service or a subscription. Buying it does not create any ongoing commitment on either side beyond what is set out in these terms.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) on the checkout page at the time you buy, and that is the price you pay. It is a one-off payment, not a recurring charge. Prices are shown in Australian dollars, and any GST that applies is included in the price shown.

Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.

By placing an order you are making an offer to buy, which we accept once your payment is confirmed. If we cannot process your order for any reason, for example a payment failure, we will let you know and you will not be charged.

How the book is delivered

Because this is a digital product, there is nothing to post. Once your payment is confirmed, we email your receipt and a personal download link to the email address you give us at checkout. This usually happens within a few minutes.

Your download link is personal to you, works for 7 days from purchase, and can be used up to 5 times. Please download and save your own copy promptly. If your link expires or stops working before you have had a fair chance to use it, email us and we will send a fresh one at no charge.

Your licence to use the book

The book is licensed to you for your own personal use only. You may not share, resell, forward, publish or otherwise distribute it, in whole or in part, to anyone else. If someone you know would like their own copy, please send them to loveyoursouldetox.com.au.

Love Your Soul provides general information about whole-food eating and lifestyle habits. It is not medical or dietetic advice, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition. Individual results vary. Always consult your GP or a qualified health professional before beginning any new eating programme, particularly if you have an existing health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication.

This programme involves a significant change in eating patterns. If you have any medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication, please check with your doctor first.

Refunds and your consumer rights

Our full refund policy is at /refunds/. In short: the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply to this purchase and nothing in these terms limits them. Digital products that have already been downloaded are not generally eligible for a change of mind refund, but you are entitled to a remedy if the book is faulty, cannot be delivered, or is materially different from how it is described on this website.

If something goes wrong with your order

If you are charged but do not receive your download link and receipt within a reasonable time, or if anything about your order looks wrong, email petra_loveyoursoul@outlook.com with your order details and we will sort it out.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the version published on this page on the day you paid. We will not change the terms of an order you have already placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law, without limiting any right you have to bring a claim elsewhere under the Australian Consumer Law.
